Advisory

Strategic advisory, by experts in human performance.

thrive at work combines technology with direct access to specialists across human capacity, workforce strategy, organisational health, longevity science and employee engagement.

Your advisory team

Advisors who work alongside your teams.

The platform shows where capacity and engagement stand. Our advisors then work directly with your leaders and managers, as an extension of your own organisation, to turn it into action.

The platform

Measures and reports.

  • 55-statement survey, ~12 minutes
  • Capacity and engagement scores, 0–100
  • The thrive matrix™ and team action plans
The advisors

Use cases

What we help organisations solve.

Six challenges we are most often brought in for.

01 · Burnout risk

Engagement looks strong. Energy is running out.

The challenge
A committed team sits in Burning out. The engagement score reassures; the capacity scores do not.
What we do
Capacity review, workload and recovery audit, work-design changes with the managers involved.
What you get
A prioritised plan that tackles the load, not another engagement initiative.
02 · Survey rollout

Launching a survey people will trust.

The challenge
A first measurement cycle, a works council to bring on side, and employees wary of how results will be used.
What we do
Measurement framework, anonymity and governance design, works-council briefing, launch communication.
What you get
A survey the organisation agrees to, with participation high enough to act on.
03 · Leadership readout

Results the board can act on.

The challenge
Scores are in, but leadership needs to know what they mean and what to do first.
What we do
Executive readout, thrive matrix™ interpretation, priority setting across teams and sites.
What you get
Three to five agreed priorities, each with an owner.
04 · Manager capability

Managers who know what to change.

The challenge
Team results reach managers, but little changes on the ground.
What we do
Action-plan workshops, manager training, follow-up clinics between cycles.
What you get
Team-level plans managers own, reviewed at the next measurement.
05 · Change & restructuring

Protecting performance through change.

The challenge
A reorganisation, merger or growth phase is putting pressure on the people you most need to keep.
What we do
Capacity and engagement baseline, risk mapping by team, change-programme design.
What you get
A view of where change is landing hardest, before it shows up in retention.
06 · Longer working lives

A strategy for performing well for longer.

The challenge
An ageing workforce, later retirement and rising health costs, with no joined-up plan.
What we do
Healthy-working-life strategy, policy review, keynotes and leadership sessions drawn from longevity science.
What you get
A workforce strategy built for sustainable performance across longer careers.
How we work

Researchers
in the room.

The people who built the thrive index™ deliver the work. No hand-off to a separate consulting team.

With the platform or on its own

Every service can be bought separately. With the thrive employee survey™, the work is built on your own results.

Scoped before we start

A scoping call, then a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. Work begins once it is agreed.

What we believe

The teams that perform best over time tend to be the healthiest ones. Acting on that doesn’t require a platform.

That is why advisory stands on its own. Bring us a challenge and we will work from the evidence you already have, or pair it with the thrive employee survey™ when you want to measure.

Common questions

Advisory, answered.

Do we need the thrive platform to use advisory?
No. We see healthy working conditions and sustained performance as two sides of the same thing, and acting on that does not depend on software. Every advisory service can be bought on its own: we work from the evidence you already have, or pair the work with the thrive employee survey when you want to measure.
Can you help with our works council?
Yes. We help prepare the consultation: what the survey asks, how anonymity is protected, what managers will and will not see, and how results will be used. We do not give legal advice, and your own counsel should confirm the position for your organisation.
Is healthy-working-life strategy a medical or health service?
No. It concerns the conditions of work that are associated with sustained capacity and engagement, such as workload, recovery, leadership and growth. We do not assess individual health, and we do not measure lifespan, biological age or medical outcomes.
How is an advisory engagement priced?
Each engagement starts with a scoping call and a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. Work begins only once the proposal is agreed.
